What the pilot form collects
The form collects your inquiry type, company name, name, business email, optional phone number, location or service area, selected service, message, and consent. Submission records may also include technical information such as the submission time, IP address, browser information, and referring page.
Please do not submit sensitive site plans, access codes, tax records, identity documents, insurance documents, or other confidential attachments through this form.
How inquiries are used
Tekkerwave uses your inquiry to review the services you offer or the project you need help with, respond to you, and discuss possible next steps. Sending an inquiry does not create a public company profile, approve a contractor, book a crew, start a paid subscription, or authorize an introduction to another business. We will ask before sharing your contact details for a specific introduction.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a private WordPress administration queue using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo on Tekkerwave’s hosting account. Website administrators and service providers supporting hosting, maintenance, and backups may process these records to operate the site. Inquiry contents are not displayed in the public directory.
The pilot currently uses manual review and removal. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured. Copies may also remain in site backups until those backups are replaced or removed.
Cookies and site operation
WordPress uses cookies for account sign-in and administration. The hosting service may keep technical access and security logs. Links to other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices.
Questions, corrections, or removal requests
Use the pilot inquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Identify the email address used for the original inquiry and what you would like corrected, provided, or removed. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before changing or releasing records.
